Our aim is to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receipt for orders placed before 1pm (Monday–Friday) – or the same day for Express Delivery.

All parcels are fully tracked, so you can follow your delivery via the link in your confirmation email.

• Estimated delivery time: 2–5 working days (please allow for a little longer during busy times)
• Next Day Delivery (Mon–Fri before 1pm): £8.50

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide using a secure, tracked service.
• Europe: £15 | Arrives in 5–14 working days
• Rest of the world: £20 | Arrives in 7–21 working days

• Customs delays may occasionally affect delivery times
• International duties and taxes are not included and may be payable on arrival, depending on your country
• As our pieces are handmade in small batches, some items may take a little longer to dispatch if temporarily out of stock, we will keep you informed. Please allow 7–14 working days if so.

RETURNS

We hope you adore your Loome pieces. But if something’s not quite right, just get in touch within 14 days of purchase at hello@loomelifestyle.co.uk, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Once your return is approved:
• Please organise return shipping using your local post office or courier
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged
• We recommend a tracked service and keeping proof of postage, as returns are your responsibility until they reach us
• If your item is faulty or we’ve made an error, we’ll cover the return shipping for you

Once we’ve received and inspected your item, we’ll email you to confirm your refund or credit.

 A gentle reminder: many of our products are handmade, which means they’re full of character -  perfectly imperfect by nature.

Hand-printed and woven in small runs, our garments will soften and fade gently over time — settling into their true, forever shade. To care for them:

1. Wash only when needed
2. Use cold or cool water
3. Choose non-bio detergents
4. Do not bleach
5. Line dry only
6. Cool iron on reverse

Each of our baskets is crafted by hand and designed to last, with the right care.

1. Use a soft brush to remove dust
2. For marks, gently wipe with a damp (not wet) cloth
3. Store away from direct heat or sunlight
4. Don’t overfill — this can strain the weave
5. Condition any leather detailing regularly
6. Use the inner pouch for liquids, pens, or makeup to protect the basket
7. Avoid damp environments to prevent mould

Please note:  Woven in a continuous spiral, our palm baskets feature a subtle ‘step’ at the rim. This subtle detail is a hallmark of the traditional technique and adds to the charm of each handmade piece.
